What would you like to hear in a follow up letter?
I’m in car sales and i’m trying to get some opions on what customers would like to hear in a follow up letter. I useally send them out One week, one month, one year, two years and etc. after they have picked up their vehicle. What would make you look at the letter and actually read it and possibly spread my name to other people?
Thank them for buying the car from you, and let them know you’ll be happy to help them with anything having to do with the car.
If you want to be real outstanding, tell them if they refer anyone to you that buys a car you will send them a thank you present.
I have found that good layer cakes (even for their own purchase) make a great but not too expensive present. See that you find a pastry baker that has really good cakes, and you may even work out a deal, whereby he’ll give you a special price for frequent purchases.
On repeat business, people would actually ask we when they would get their cake. For little money, they will remember you!

How to follow up on my application at Target?
Hi, I recently applied at Target for a Sales Associate position with my exact availabilities (Nights & Weekends) and was wondering how I should proceed to follow up. I hear I should call but I don’t know what to say. By the way, I have two great references of my old jobs, one of my district supervisor and one of the owner of a medium business I worked for. Any specific tips would be great like what to say in a follow up phone call. Thanks.
Ask for the hiring manager or the manager who conducted your interview (if you’ve had one). You should then say that your name is ______, you submitted an application for a Sales Associate position on _______ day, and "I’m really interested in the position and would like to know when I might be able to speak to you about my qualifications and how I can contribute to the Target team." This points out the fact that you have qualifications and that you’re interested–two very important things for them to know. It also makes it harder for the person to turn you down because you’re not asking IF you can have an interview, but WHEN. In essence, you’re saying that you’re qualified, interested, and that they’d be crazy not to at least talk to you. Try to do this in person, while dressed in business casual attire. This should set you apart from other candidates in a positive way. Good luck!

what program do i use to track sold and unsold customers for follow up and mail outs i am in the rv sales bus
. Check out the sites below. Then once you know the names of a few software programs, go to a new car dealership and talk to the Accounting Dept. and say you’re using ‘XYZ’ program for tracking customers and it isn’t satisfactory. What do THEY use?
That way you don’t have to re-invent that sales ‘wheel’. Try to use a proven program. or not.
Just Google ‘software tracking car customers ‘ , and you’ll get stuff like this:

Should i write a Follow-Up Letter to the Manager of Arbys so if they hire someone they will remember my App?
They are waiting for Sales to pick up, and my phone is Presently off. Shall i type up a "Letter of Continued Interest" to the Manager of the Franchise?
Great idea. And, make sure you know the manager’s name. Occasionally stop in and ask for him or her by name, and just say you’re still interested. Have a soda. Always be neat, and don’t stay more than a moment so you won’t be a nuisance.
