write and outline the fundamental ideas of chapters. make it short and concise.

compare the outline to BESTBUY as a company.
look at the outline and look at how BESTBUY accomplishes each of the points on the outline
i.e.,

customer service
advertising
products
employees
corporate business models
etc, etc,
