In sales, what is the difference between "follow up" and "follow through"?
I would think (I’m no salesman, just a schmoe from Maine) that follow up is checking on where the customer is at in the process of buying whatever you’re selling.
The term "follow through" seems like just doing what you told the customer you would do; this could be get a quote, order samples, call them back.
