Looking for an article: % of increased orders when a quote is followed up with a customer. Sales motivation?
I am having trouble motivating my sales staff to make the follow up calls with their customers after a quote is sent out. I am looking for an article that will give me the increased % of sales dollars when quotes are followed up with a customer.
