i have a quick survey for sales people?

1. are you in a retail setting or a business to business setting?
2. where do you work? (optional, would be of great use though)
2. what is the most common objection you hear?
3. how do you usually handle that objection?
4. what is the most absurd objection a customer ever raised and how did you respond?
5. how do you prepare for objections that occur during a sales presentation?

5. dont talk about price until asked. find out what they would benefit from and offer options that would suit them

    02. Most common objection, can’t find what I am looking for.
    03. I take them to the object they are looking for.
    04. We remodeled and a customer argued with me about where something SHOULD be.
    05. The customer is always right. I remain calm and try to help them. If they cannot be satisfied I get my supervisor.
