Yes I think so. He doesn’t seem to take the game seriously. It’s hard to explain it, but I look at a coach like him, and it just seems like he doesn’t “punish” his team enough If they played a bad game. He lets them off the hook. Thank god for Knuble being on the team (Even though he’s out right now)….I feel like he is more of the Captain AND Coach of the team. Tells the team what to do, tells them what they are doing wrong and comes down on them but motivates them also. I think the reason the Caps have been good is because of Knuble’s leadership, not because of their coach.

If you found this article, you’ve probably been doing some research online, looking for information about how to evaluate the Best MLM Compensation plan. Evaluating the best MLM comp plan is factor #4 of the 5 key factors we teach to analyze which is the best MLM Company for you.
How can you know which is the best MLM compensation plan? You may be looking for information because it can be a daunting task to sort through the myriad types and styles of MLM compensation plans. There are MLM’s with unilevel comp plans, binary comp plans, forced matrix and hybrid compensation plans of all kinds. In this article we will not focus on long boring descriptions of every MLM compensation plan out there, but rather will teach just a handful of key questions to answer when evaluating any MLM pay plan. What I have found helpful when evaluating a new MLM compensation plan is to take my time. Use pencil and paper and literally draw out scenarios and then use the compensation plan rules to see how they work out.
How will I know my MLM compensation plan paid me correctly? This first question actually has nothing to do with the specifics about the MLM compensation plan, but rather with the back office systems you will use to keep track of your downline, volume and compensation payments – all key elements to success in your MLM business. When evaluating the MLM company, ask to see a demo of the back office systems. Ask questions about how new distributors are added to the system and how volume is tracked for payment. You should have full, real time, access and visibility to your MLM business data at all times.
An MLM company claims a “60%” payout in their compensation plan – what the heck does that mean? This question is closely related to another ugly little secret in the MLM industry. This secret is something called breakage – and it’s something many MLM’s have hidden away in their compensation plans. Breakage happens when compensation plan dollars that were allocated to the field are instead filtered back to the MLM company, due to various qualification rules in the comp plan not being met. Pay close attention to pay percentage claims made by MLM companies. These are almost always “theoretical payouts.” Actual payout percentages may be much much less because of breakage. Look for the words “up to” in any statements about compensation plan pay out percentages. “Up to” is a dead giveaway that this particular compensation plan may have some form of breakage hidden in its qualification rules. Breakage in a compensation plan, or rather avoiding breakage in an MLM comp plan is important because it has a direct impact on the amount of commission dollars that flow into your bank account!
What do I have to do to get paid and how doable is that in this MLM compensation plan? This question is about qualifications? Read the qualification sections very carefully – the devil is in the details, as the saying goes. Beware of vague or overly complicated qualification requirements in any MLM compensation plan you evaluate. MLM compensation plans by nature are a little complicated, but as Albert Einstein once remarked: “Everything should be as simple as possible, but no simpler.” Compensation plans that are simple and straightforward are not likely hiding loopholes and pitfalls that will rob you of precious commission dollars. Would you take a job without knowing how you get paid? Probably not, yet that is exactly what many network marketers do every day.
